You previous details are automatically used to create your TidyHQ account. If you wish to update your details this can be done within your account or send us an email.
How do I login to my account after sign up?
You will recieve an email from TidyHQ with a link to setup your account, once you have setup your account, you can login here.
Unable to access your account?
You can request a new link or reset your password by using entering your email here and selecting "I forgot my password". Follow the instructions within the email to then reset your password.
I've been offered a digital membership card via TidyHQ - is this the same as Cardskipper?
OGAE Australia has opted into using TidyHQ's advanced digital membership cards, which can be imported into your phone's digital wallet. The TidyHQ cards can only be used for events and initiatives organised by OGAE Australia.
Cardskipper is the digital membership card used by OGAE International and will continue to be required for access to the OGAE Ticket Ballot.
What happens if I already have a TidyHQ account with another organisation?
If you already use TidyHQ with the same email account, your ESCFan membership will automatically connect to your existing account. When you login to TidyHQ you will be given the choice to choose between which organisation you wish to access. Once logged you can switch between organisations by clicking your profile photo on the top rigth hand menu and selecting "Switch Organisation".
Family Membership
As part of moving to TidyHQ, we have the ability to setup family memberships. Whilst there are no changes to the rights of members, this allows a parent to manage the ESCFan membership for the family group including children. The primary adult is responsible for payment for all adults within the family.
Who is the primary parent?
The member who signed up to ESCFan first is automaticaly selected as the primary member and is responsible for payment for any adults within the family. Should you wish for another adult to be the primary parent or for one parent to be removed from the family, please contact us.
